If you still cannot find your email, wait up to 1-2 working days for any potential delays in payment processing. CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the e-book has not been downloaded. Once an e-book has been downloaded, it is non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact support@whbooks.com with your order details.
